Did I hit a sore spot, Sandman ?
I did nothing wrong. I did not compare or blah blah blah. I told about old posts on hairsite which everyone was able to read, maybe they are still there. And it was YOU who said they told you by email that it was MS in their topical. And what is wrong about quoting what they say themselves on their page ? You see, you will have a hard time at the court. At least I don`t use a fake nick.
I also pointed out that I don`t know what is in their topical. Sad enough, don`t you think, since it should be known.
And I don`t care what you think I should do, lol.
I should show you proof ? Well you are the proof, you said what they wrote you by email. Do you want to call yourself a liar now ? And they said you something different than what is written on their page. I ask again. How do you call that ? Maybe I am missing something here. I tried to find an explanation for that behavior and also marked my words as my own guess. I did not say I know what their reason was. How could I know that. I can`t. So there is nothing I have to proof.
Show me the sentence which is illegal and stop bluffing. Show me the sentence and show me the law.

But you won`t hear from me much in the next time. I will reduce my presence here very much. Also I think people don`t need me to understand what is going on.
Now everybody can see why most companies use face nicks.
Tell me Sandman, why do you advocate them ? You also should have recognized the difference between what they write on their page and what they wrote to you. A man like you, so experienced with the law, has no problem with that?

The sinere-advisor spends a lot of time on this forum promoting, and advertising, his products. Fine!

However, now the sinere-advisor has taken to idle speculation as to what may, or may not, be contained in other Minoxidil solutions, i.e.

Jacob; “Doesn’t Divine Skin claim to use MS?”

sinere-advisor; “If they really use MS, they have to write it in the ingredients list on their bottles and on their page. But they don`t. They just tell you by emails and in forums”.

Not only has the sinere-advisor presented no actual evidence to support his assertions, in regard to the formulation of other Minoxidil solutions, his asserions are clearly self serving in nature.

The sinere-advisor should submit an independent lab analysis to support his assertions. Otherwise, said assertions are based on nothing more then his personal, self-serving, conjecture.

Furthermore, the sinere-advisor would be well advised to review the USA laws for product fraud and liability. What he’ll learn is that companies can be held liable for fraudulent email statements, as well as any other sort of public, and/or private, statements in regard to their products.

Finally, I’d be interested to see the sinere-advisor present an actual comparative double blind scientific research study showing hair growth results from the use of Minoxidil vs. Minoxidil Sulfate.

Is that even possible?

isnt minox sulphate the actual reason for growing hair??and some people have an enzime(or lack there of) that prevents the forming of minox to minox sulphate and for this reason only a fraction of patients respond???

i swear i read this somewhere.if this is true(please someone who knows tell me if this is fact)but if it is true, then if a stable inexpensive for of minox sulphate can be purchased, then it should be effective(to what degree i dont know)but should be effective in almost everyone who uses it rather than the small percentage of those who respond to minox.

if what i said turns out to be true it would surly explain why somepeople respond so well and some dont respond for jack!

Actually, I liked my free, promotional, bottle of Nanominox just fine.

However, I don’t like Nanominox nearly as much as Dr. Lee’s standard 5% with Retin-A, Spectral DNC, and/or Promox.

My point with the sinere-advisor is that he spends a lot of time on this forum promoting and advertising his products. I don’t have a problem with that.

However, when the sinere-advisor starts to attempt to discredit other Minoxidil solutions, and/or promote his products as better then other Minoxidil solutions, he is crossing the line and should be called for it.

Furthermore, in theory Minoxidil Sulfate may be better then regular Minoxidil. However, many times, theory doesn’t work out in practice.

So, it’s a fair question to ask for an actual comparative study showing hair growth results from Minoxidil Sulfate vs. regular Minoxidil prior to jumping on the Minoxidil Sulfate band wagon.

Another thing to consider prior to jumping on the sinere-advisor Nanominox MS band wagon is the refrigeration stability issue.

You’re advised to keep the stuff in your refrigerator, at all times, between applications.

But, what happens to the stuff during the 2 to 3 weeks it takes for your order to be delivered? If Nanominox MS needs constant refrigeration to remain stable isn’t it going to be ruined while being transported, particularly during the Summer months?

Good point Sandman, I was wondering about that too – how does the stability maintain during transit? It took a few weeks for mine to arrive….

Sandman, where did I do that ? I did not promote our products as better than others ! Show me where I said that.
I quoted what is said on their page. What is wrong with that ? Also I quoted YOU since it was YOU who said they told you by email that they use MS. You are my proof. Do you call yourself a liar now ?
Stop lying about me !

I will reduce my presence here. I have no time for this kindergarden. I even did not read you whole post now.
I never crossed a line. The only comment which may be interpreted in such a way is my comment on the “transdermal vehicle” of lipo…. But I still think it is stupid to write that. Ok, blame me for that. But it was not my intention to discredit that lip… product in the first place, I just wanted to figure out if they really used ethosomes and therefore I wanted to contact Matt27 even by email not in the forum but since that did not work I asked in the forum. The following discussion I was dragged into by Jacob, but ok, maybe I should not have said that it is stupid to use or write “transdermal vehicle”. I am sorry for that. I tried not to comment on other products and won`t do that in the future too. I already deleted those posts long before your post as you can see, even before your first post here, I guess, maybe nearly at the same time.

But tell me Sandman, why don`t you have a problem with this company telling you something different by email than what they say on their page ? Is that ok for you? Am I missing something here? Is it illegal to quote their page and quote you? I did not say how I call that. I said “how do you call that?”. Because I know what kind of people are around here.
But you have won. I have no time for this. Really not at all. Waste of time. But it would be fair if you at least stop lying about me and trying to discredit us.

We at least don`t use fake nicks and don`t tell people different things by email than on our page. Also the law you mentioned is somewhat wrong placed since we never make any wrong claims by email to elsewhere. I always take care of that and I know why. And of course that makes you angry, but just lying about us won`t help you. Show me proof where we made wrong claims or statements.

Am I now the bad guy just because this company does tell you by email something different from what they say on their page ?? Btw, you seem to have no problem to talk bull shit about us as it seems.

I never said “Our product is better than this or that product”. And I know why.

I guess I won`t answer much anymore, lack of time and also it is better to reduce presence here anyway. We discussed this issue earlier, also.
Sandman is just warming up what we explained and commented on very much in the beginning.

Thanks Fred for bringing some thought provoking ideas to this website. And thanks for trying to help. There will always be some pompous arse trying to shoot others down.

Please update us with any new products.
