1. Never use nylon comb and brush head, because of the nylon comb and brush head is easy to generate static electricity, which will bring adverse to stimulate the hair and scalp. The ideal comb is to use the boxwood comb and brush bristle head, which can remove the dandruff, increase hair shiny, and can massage the scalp, promote the blood.

2. Wash the hair evry 2-5days one time, not every day. When you wash your hair, you need to massage to hair, which will keep your scalp cleand and promote the scalp blood circulation.

3. Never use the strong or alkaline degreasing shampoo. This kind of shampoo is strong with degreasing and dewatering, and it is easy to make hair dry and scalp necrosis. We should use non irritating to the scalp and hair, the non acidic natural shampoo, or selected according to their own hair.

4. Stop smoking! Smoking can make scalp capillary contraction, thus affects the growth of hair growth.

5. Abstinence from alcohol! Even the beer, Wine, you should also stop drink. You should let the liver “rest” on two day one week at least.

6. To eliminate the sense of mental depression. Mental instability and anxiety can cause hair loss every day. The biger of depression, the faster the hair loss. For women, busy life and keep an appropriate weight, which will help your hair full of vitality. For men, on the contrary, the more life stress, more busy work, the higher chance of hair loss. Therefore, regular deep breathing, walking, do the relaxation gymnastics, can eliminate the mental fatigue.

7. Carefully use hair dryer. Hair dryer blowing hot temperatures up to 100 degrees, will destroy the organization of hair, damage the scalp. Also we need to reduce the time to perm hair. The more you perm you hair, the more harm will bring to your hair.

Well explained but doing experiments like bleaching and coloring hairs cause most of the damage and women can’t control the urge of trying new fashions and styles.

Nice tips for preventing your hair from hair loss. If someone is suffering from severe hair loss or baldness, you can even go for hair transplant procedures like FUE or PRP therapy at hairtransplantabroad.com.au, which can help them get back their lost hair.

There are various methods that are used to treat hair fall.

1. One of the best ways that has been extremely effective in controlling and preventing hair fall is the intake of the right vitamins.
2. Good hair hygiene with regular shampooing is a basic step but is probably of little benefit.
3. Good nutrition, especially adequate levels of iron and vitamin B, is helpful.
4. Washing your hair no more than once a day, and lathering gently.
5. Don’t rub your hair too vigorously with a towel.
7. Many hair experts suggest putting away the blow dryer and air drying your hair instead. If you can’t live without your blow dryer, use it on a low-heat setting.
8. Styling your hair while it’s wet can cause it to stretch and break. So style your hair when it’s dry or damp.
9. Avoid teasing or back-combing your hair because they can cause damage.
10. Finally, be careful when using chemicals such as straighteners or color treatments. Don’t get any kind of chemical treatment done too often.
