Does someone know if milk thistle can reduce the effectiveness of propecia?

because milk thistle is supposed to do something with certain liver enzymes.I asked a doctor and she said that it could interact.however another said this is nog the case. i have been taking proscar 2.5 mg(first 4 years 1mg ) for years now and in january i started protandim. i has 5 herbs in it and last year i noticed more hairloss and balding. However other things like muscle ache , concentration loss and very tired,i had experienced where almost gone, after years of doctor visits who could not find anything, and i am only 32.So this supplement is doing something, believe it or not.
So i started investigating and i noticed milk thistles working. However there is also ashwanganda in it and that is supossed to have a testosteron elevating effect. So i really dont know it anymore, but it is a hard choice because i feel so much better with these supplements.Maybe the effects are from elevated hormone levels and i just need them to feel okay.
