My friend has been using rogaine foam and came across lipoxidil.com and we tried to contact them via email. Are people still having trouble witht this company as I have read about some complaints concerning contacting them. The spiro liposome idea seems good but can't find the price on their website.

Even when Lipoxidi was offering a fairly wide variety of products they never answered email questions regarding their products or the shipping status of a particular order that you'd placed. In addition, their shipping and delivery time for orders when very unpredictable, however they charged your credit card as soon as you placed the order. At this point the lead topic on Lipoxidil's website should tell you all you need to know. It reads as follows: "4/6/2008 - NanoSal 8 will be on the market shortly. Stay tuned. Pre-orders accepted."
It's now 10/28/09. So, that makes 4/6/2008 a little more than 1 1/2 years ago!
