No claims are being made..just posting this FYI. If anyone cares to try it there's a discount "code" below(for the prices listed). This is not me selling the stuff. I simply enquired about a hair product a bit ago..they said they had one coming out..and they were willing to give us in these forums a bit of a break. HAIR PROTECTION SYSTEM SERUM DAY 1 TO 4 / 40 ml 43011 41.10 CHF SERUM DAY 5 TO 14 / 60 ml 43012 36.40 CHF KIT / 40 ml + 60 ml 43010 64.40 CHF This prices could be changed (+/-1-3%) Email them at info@unicos.ch and have this in the message: ""Hair Loss forum poster here..Premium service code requested" ...and they will provide the password and login for access to special prices. http://www.swiss-cosmeceuticals.com/hairset.html Info on Dermatopoientin: "DERMATOPOIETIN® activates expression of all skin tissue relevant growth and differentiation factors like HGF, KGF and TNF-alpha from the upper layer of epidermis. These growth factors are sensed by the neighbor cells and induce global tissue remodeling process including skin cells proliferation and migration as well as controlled synthesis or degradation of extracellular matrix. "DERMATOPOIETIN® does not deliver any functional components into the skin. It rather acts by triggering the tissue’s own regenerative abilities. As a result the process of cell regeneration starts off on the skin surface and unfolds its action in the deeper layer of the epidermis. In response to DERMATOPOIETIN® skin cells carry out a complex process of tissue remodeling that finally leads to skin rejuvenation." http://www.dermatopoietin.ch/index.html "DERMATOPOIETINTM is a 159 amino acid long polypeptide. It is constantly produced by skin almost exclusively onto the stratum corneum (upper skin layer) of the human epidermis. DERMATOPOIETINTM serves as an autocrine factor that initiates a cascade of events directed to deeper layers of skin. Activation of cell growth signaling cascade DERMATOPOIETINTM activates genes encoding growth factors such as keratinocyte growth factor (KGF)1-3, hepatocytes growth factor (HGF)1, granulocytemacrophage growth factor (GM-CSF)4, and transforming growth factor-alpha (TGF-alpha)5. These growth factors, in turn, initiate a cascade of events leading to fibroblast and keratinocyte proliferation, keratinocyte migration6,7, and entire skin renewal. "DERMATOPOIETINTM suppress expression of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), a major fibrogenic factor responsible for excessive scarring or keloid formation through promoting proliferation and collagen synthesis of mesenchymal cells12" http://www.even-swiss.ch/docs/presentationp.pdf

I'm on my last of the first 4 vials... so far, so good. Obviously, too early for results.

HairWinsTheRace..did you have excessive shedding prior to starting? Sorry if you've mentioned it before. And btw..I forgot about asking for the other ingreds. Are they on the bottle/packaging?
MG63...trying to get answers on the other forum regarding that and other things.

All it says is ... Contains Dermatopoietin (rh-Polypeptide17) and Hexapeptide 18. Protects from hairloss. Clinically proven. That's all I can find on the bottle and box. I've had my first downhill shed (I guess you could call it that) since late July. It's the worst my hair has looked since starting minoxidil in the 1982-3 years. I'm doing so much stuff right now ... I won't be a great determiner as to whether this works ... if things get better in 4-9 months ... it could be Ell Cranell, Res/curcumin, Soy Isoflavones/Cayenne, PM, name brand Proscar, Spectral, Andenosine, Fluridil, Flutamide, Spiro ... tons of supplements ... MSM, green tea, taurine, zinc, COQ-10, ZMA, lysine ..etc. I've HALTED Dutastiride for now ... cold turkey ... I may try it again ... name brand ... once or twice a week in a few weeks ...??? and I'm taking Lypo-spheric Vitamin C and Glutathione ... but not really for hair growth... just for health.
Everything I do ... I do religiously ... so we'll see. It just seems minox foam, proscar, dut and nizoral gave up on me after years of fighting and working 'fairly' well ... sometimes 'really' well.

I'll try to get the complete ingreds list from them.
When you said above..so far so good...did that mean you're seeing some slowing down of the shedding? Or just that you weren't getting any negative reactions to the product..etc.

When I say shedding since July... what I guess I really meant ... is I clearly have thinner hair with areas of dark short (1/4"/1/3") hairs that will not at all get longer. Temple area looks worse. I don't actually see or get hair in my hands at the sink or in shower.
So yes, I meant no bad reactions.... cosmetically nice ... which doesn't really matter since I put in on at night ... tomorrow I'll start the other treatment ... but I'm not giving up my other topicals/internals so again ... I'm most likely not the best gauge of it's effectiveness.

The ingreds for both products are on the box. Bottom flap if I remember correctly.
Just used it for the first time..it is cosmetically nice. Smells good. Absorbs well.

Jacob ... do any of the day 5-14 ingredients impress you? Would it be smarter to just buy the day 1-4 stuff and save my money? Just wondering.

The Ubiquinone and Tocopherol look good. I posted at HLF that a lot of the ingreds look to be more for their scent..but when researching some of them it's obvious they aren't just for that.
You would think just the 1-4 day is all that would be needed though. I'm going to do at least a few kits first before deciding whether or not to just use the 1-4 or ?

Jacob -- I was going to add this to my regime. However I'm not sure what to purchase (e.g., the kit, 1-4 only, 5-14 only) and for how long to use. I sent an inquiry to the company on these issues but never received a response. Can you shed some light on this usage?

I've been waiting some time for some responses as well. Someone's on vacation or something. From what I've been told you can just keep repeating the cycles. Each kit lasts for 2(more if you want to spread it out) 14 day cycles. When I get some more clarification on this issue..I'll post it. Or maybe you'll get it before me.

Jacob . If you only use the 1 to 4 cycle should you wait from day 5 to day 15 to reapply the cycle ?
