Hair Loss Product: Tricomin Shampoo & Therapy Spray

Tricomin's shampoo and conditioner have been formulated to leave the hair in excellent condition, and in my opinion they succeeded.  There are a couple of shampoos that I would say were a little superior in that regard for me personally, but overall these are among the top shampoos for leaving you with healthy looking and feeling hair.  I think some people may choose this combination simply because of the scientific backing of the triamino copper complex that has been shown in clinical studies to grow hair.  The company markets the product as a cosmetic and doesn't make any hair growth claims, but even though it is such a new product several doctors have told me they believe it will be beneficial as an addition to Propecia and/or Rogaine therapy.  Whether the shampoo or therapy spray work to grow hair as they are currently formulated will have to be judged by the results of people who are now trying them.

Obviously I can't judge the hair growth qualities of either product since they have only been out a month and I also use other treatments, but I will say that the follicle spray goes on well and doesn't leave your hair greasy.   It dries in the hair naturally and does not leave a mess or unnatural looking hair, which is always a concern for any topical liquid.  Unlike some products like Minoxidil where I have to be concerned about getting enough on, with this spray I have to be concerned about too much.  It is primarily water-based, so it runs very easily down the scalp if you spray too much on.  Because of that you have to use your fingers or something to rub it to the areas of the scalp you wish to treat to ensure it is spread out and doesn't run.  It dries quickly so this isn't really a problem.  My only concern with this product line is the cost.  Between the shampoo & spray, the cost adds up.  I don't believe the company is trying to overprice their product, but they spent a lot of money on studies to prove the hair growth potential and now they have to try to make that money back.  Unfortunately between taking Propecia, possibly Rogaine Extra Strength, and who knows what else, I don't know how many people will pay to use this in addition, unless consumer reports show that it really does help to noticably regrow hair.  Most people complain about just the high cost of Propecia, much less Rogaine.  How many people are going to pay for the additional cost of this when it has yet to really prove itself for growing hair?  If you can afford it, I definitely think it is worth giving 6-12 months to see if it grows any extra hair for you.  How many other products can really provide the kind of proof for hair growth that ProCyte has in its products?  If you're going to try something in addition to Propecia and Rogaine/Minoxidil, this is it.

Overall I recommend these products as a shampoo and addition to your hair regrowth strategy, although you shouldn't use this product instead of Propecia, but along with it.  This is something that the makers agree on.
