Month 20 (Oct. 97)	Nioxin or Nano Shampoo, Dr. Lewenberg's formula 3x-5x per day every 5 hours. Five sprays (2/3 mL) at the crown/top and five sprays (1/2 mL) on the front hairline/temples. Usually 4x per day (occasionally forget and only 3x) - apply once in the middle of the night if I wake up (probably 4 out of 7 days of the week).
Month 19 (Sept. 97)	Nioxin or Nano Shampoo, Dr. Lewenberg's formula 4x per day every 5 hours. Four sprays (2/3 mL) at the crown and three sprays (1/2 mL) at each frontal temple.
